 Katie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and PTSD. With a commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate through life's challenges, Katie brings significant experience and expertise to her practice. Katie adopts a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual or couple. She works collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans and utilizes a solution-focused approach to help clients attain their goals. Katie integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, sensorimotor interventions, and trauma-focused interventions to facilitate healing and growth. Katie is trained in several evidence-based therapy models and implements these strategies with her clients. Katie is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment model proven to work to reduce symptoms of PTSD.
