CCS is in network with BCBS, Aetna and United Healthcare PPOs. CCS will provide a "superbill" or itemized receipt for services rendered if we are out of network with an insurance provider. You can submit the superbill to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. Check with your insurance company prior to your first appointment to confirm how much you will be reimbursed.

The frequency of therapy sessions with Connection Clinical Services will depend on your needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly. As you start in therapy, attending weekly sessions is recommended to get to know your therapist and align on goals for treatment. Individual treatment goals will be created with your therapist, including recommended frequency of sessions.
